Thinking about having us print your menus and have some questions you want answered - check out below and if that doesn't help you please email us or use our contact form to ask your question.

How Do I Order My Menus?
Firstly if you need a design (or want to change your current one), then please have a look through our designs on this website.

Once you have chosen a design you then have the option of ordering through this website or emailing ( sales@menuprinters.co.uk) / or posting your order (P.O. Box 6400, Basildon, Essex SS14 0PE. Once we receive your order (and £50 deposit) we will prepare your first proof and email it to you.

Do I Have To Pay A Deposit?
Yes, we need a £50 deposit with your order.

If you order through this website it will take you through the process of paying the deposit.

If you order by email / post then you have the option of either posting a check or making a BACS payment. We also accept Credit/Debit Card & Paypal payments – should you wish to use this method just let us know and we will send you a ‘Paypal Invoice’ for the deposit.

Is The Deposit Refundable?
No, once we have received your order we will be preparing your initial proof, due to this we are unable to refund your deposit.

How Do I Pay The Balance Of My Order?
This can be paid by BACS or cheque. We also accept Debit/Credit Card & Paypal payments – should you wish to use this method just let us know and we will send you an ‘Invoice’ for the balance.

Can You Send Me Samples?
Yes, we have some great samples, just email us, or use our contact form, please state if you prefer A4 or A3. Remember to include your postal address, and we will get them in the post for you.

Can I Visit You?
Sorry we are unable to have personal callers.

Can I Change My Order Once It Is Made?
You certainly can, our aim is that you get what you want and if what we prepare for you doesn’t meet your requirements – let us know. We will do another design for you.

Can You Design Me A New Menu?
Yes, all we need is basic information of what you require i.e. size, colours, preference in design style (have you seen anything you like us to base it on), the content you wish to put in it (i.e. your food listing, prices etc).

How Much Do You Charge For Artwork/Design?
We do not make a separate charge, this is all included in the price of your printing. However if we prepare you an artwork and you ultimately decide not to go ahead with completing your order with us, we reserve the right to charge you £50 for the design/typesetting.

What does your price include?
It includes all design, typesetting, proofs, printing, finishing & delivery.

Can I Send A PDF?
Yes if you have a high resolution PDF we can use that if you wish (subject to copyright law).

Can I Have Different Paper To That Shown On Your Price List?
We generally print on 130gsm either glossy or silk paper. If you wish to have your menus printed on different paper we will have to quote you for this.

Can I Choose My Own Colours?
You most certainly can, this is part of our service, you can have virtually any colour that is in the pantone charts.

Can You Match The Colours On My Current Menu?
We will do everything in our power to supply you with an exact colour match, if that is what you require, however due to the processes used in printing this cannot be guaranteed.

How Long Does It Take To Print?
We will endeavour to get you a proof of your menu either in the post or by email within a couple of days of receiving your order. Then once you are happy with your menu nad have paid the invoices in full we will print it within 7 – 10 working days. If you require it sooner than that, let us know and we will endeavour to rush it through.

Can I Pick Up My Menus?
Sorry no, this is due to us not having facilities for personal callers.

Do You Deliver?
Yes, all our prices include delivery to your address – if you have an alternative address that you want your menus delivered to, just let us know, there is no extra charge.

How Much Are Your Delivery Costs?
Our delivery is generally free (excludes for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and a few other locations), if not sure please email your location for confirmation.

Who Owns The Copyright Of My Menu?
Due to current copyright laws we hold the copyright on your menu. If you wish to go to someone else to have your menu printed unfortunately you will not be able to take our design with you.

For posters or other large formats, we recommend at least 300 or 600 dpi. In some cases, 200 dpi will do.​​​​​​​
